Robert did you send the Joellenbecks the e-mail about joining the Blog?

Robert,

I was just wondering if you sent the Joellenbacks the information about joining the Blog? I have emailed them about Dennis' mother but wanted to give them the opportunity to join in our Blog but I didn't want to duplicate something you have already done.

Our last Sunday school class went great. Thank you for getting your sister to help. Tell her for me that I really appreciated her being there. Take care of yourself.

Dennis' mother has passed

Group I wanted to drop a line and let everyone know that Dennis Berger has suffered a great lossthis holiday season. His mother went into the hospital for a Hernia surgery and was expected to be released Tuesday, Unfortunately his mother passed Saturday morning. There will be two showings Tuesday at Egan Ryan Funeral home on Broad Street in downtown Columbus. The showings are from 2-4pm and from 6-8pm. I personally plan on going to the 6pm showing and I will probably be there by 6:15pm if anyone would like to join me.
Dennis has asked for prayers for peace during this time and he has asked us to keep his sister and father in our prayers as they are especially taking this hard.

Best Wishes to Robert

Robert I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your friendship over the last year and a half and I know that our friendship will last for many years to come. One thing I know for certain is that as this is the end of something (the way you knew life) it is also an amazing beginning to the next chapter that God has in store for you.

I know that God is using you in great ways to reach out to those that may never of had the chance to hear about the loving God who we serve. Life is strange with it's twists and turns and often there are road blocks that are put in front of us that cause many to turn around and quit the path they were on. I admire that you have continued on the path that God put you on and have used those blocks as a stepping stone instead of a stumbling block in your life.

Life will never be the same for you and what you knew will inevitable change. But what you are going into is a much sweeter place and a more intimate fellowship with our Savior. What you will learn both in knowledge and wisdom will serve many purposes. Obviously it will serve those whom God has sent you to, it will also serve those of us back here praying for you. What you will bring back from your work will be invaluable to the church mission and something that only you can bring to us. That is why God has sent you and why you were raised for such a time as this. I have absolutely no doubt that God has equipped you for this calling. Go forward with all of our prayers for you and your team.

Take care of yourself and always know that you have a friend who is here to offer support in any way possible. Please know that it is not an empty offer, if there is anything you need do not hesitate to ask.

Robert

Hey, guys. I hope the e-mail made sense! I thought that whenever we posted, we could put our name in the title so we know what's going on.

I wanted to update everyone on Angie's seizure situation. Turns out that she does not have the heart condition that they thought she might, but they were able to prove that she is definitely having seizures through a protein test (Prolactin).

It just means more tests!

Also, Mom is doing much better. She gets the result of her pathology report tomorrow.

Lastly, we'll get this fixed so my picture isn't there on the right ;-)

Welcome!

Abbington Village Home Group has a blog! Can you believe it.
